Shipping and deliveries

The Rabbit Stool by Rabito Filippo, hereinafter referred to as The Rabbit Stool, currently ships only to Italy with Poste Italiane and other operators, always looking for the most suitable solution. Shipments to foreign countries must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis until they are officially launched.
The Rabbit Stool cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders are processed for shipment by The Rabbit Stool from  Monday to Friday by 2pm (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday, the same thing in the case of public holidays, the order will be processed on the first working day, unless otherwise indicated.
Orders relating to available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order. The amount of credit card transactions is debited immediately when the order is processed and following verification of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, The Rabbit Stool  reserves the right to postpone shipping if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be shipping delays.
The products will be delivered within the terms indicated below:

Islands 3-7 days

Shipping for amounts greater than €99 - ITALY 
Free

Delivery failure
If for any reason, an order is not delivered to the Customer's address due to the customer's failure to cooperate (incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absent address, failure to comply with import regulations) as per commercial agreements, the package may be sent back to Italy at the Customer's expense. These costs will be deducted from any refund and in any case charged to the Customer.
