Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In the case of multiple purchases made by the customer with a single order and delivered separately, the deadline of 14 days. starts from the date of actual receipt of the individual product.

The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to The Rabbit Stool and Filippo Rabito via an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail or by email in the contact section of the site www.therabbitstool.com. To speed up the process, prior communication can also be made via WhatsApp, which must however be followed by an email within 48 hours of the message via WhatsApp.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to The Rabbit Stool his wish to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be returned to The Rabbit Stool di Rabito Filippo, Corso Cavour 10/A. 25121 Brescia or delivered by hand in cases where this is possible.

The direct costs of returning the products are normally borne by the customer unless otherwise communicated by Rabito Filippo .

The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, The Rabbit Stool, in the person of Rabito Filippo , will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days, including any shipping costs.
As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Rabito Filippo may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the customer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back to Rabito Filippo .

The refund using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase phase.

For in-store purchases I will try as much as possible to satisfy your requests and/or any replacements. However, the principle applies that the product seen in the store can be replaced at the discretion of the store and Rabito Filippo, net of defects, problems related to the warranty and other legal provisions.
